Kristin Dills

Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Kristin took to art as soon as she could hold a pen. Her parents fostered her blossoming talent and enrolled her in private lessons with Monart Drawing School, where she was taught by Jillian Goldberg and Mona Brooks. By the age of 10, one of her drawings had been selected for print on the Charlotte Ballet's Nutcracker promotional materials. She attended the University of North Carolina- Greensboro and graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts with a Design Concentration. As a senior, one of her large scale nude figure studies was selected and exhibited at the Weatherspoon Art Museum.

Years later, Kristin created a series of animal portraits titled the "Dapper Animal" series, to be hung in her sons nursery. These pieces were hand selected out of thousands to be sold online by Minted and Pottery Barn Kids editors. "Dapper Giraffe" and "Dapper Zebra" are currently available through catalog orders and online. 

More recent collaborations include corporate work with luxury retailers Louis Vuitton and Neiman Marcus; as well as beauty brands such as Jo Malone, Estee Lauder, and Aerin fragrances. She has also partnered with with talented women of GirlTribe, creating artwork for their clients, pop ups, and Carolina Panthers Gameday line of clothing.
